During my career, I have always been placed in a position of leadership and responsibility.  My commissions in Ceramic Fine Art were unique. They required complicated processes and collaboration to complete.  This caused me to become a teacher, on a weekly basis, preparing lessons for my employees. The test of my employees understanding was the correctness and consistent high quality production runs of my Custom Ceramic Designs.  I am a good communicator and exhibit great patience towards students who need more time to grasp a difficult concept.
